As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for running and optimizing our clients marketing funnels, from awareness to retention. Whether it’s A/B testing, or building and using data dashboards to optimize paid media spend, you’ll work cross-functionally to drive their business forward and create sustainable growth.

In this role, you will

  • Ideate, create and execute marketing campaigns to drive inbound traffic and leads
  • Manage paid marketing budgets and build a diversified marketing portfolio of digital channels
  • Understand funnels, ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends in the adoption of our products to identify opportunities for growth
  • Analyze campaign performance and growth data to derive actionable insights and next steps
  • Analyze customer segments and create personalized content and marketing campaigns around targeted user personas
  • Assist with other marketing initiatives including content
  • Support the future expansion of the growth marketing team

Requirements 

  • 2+ years of experience working with marketing, marketing analytics, or growth
  • Previous experience setting up growth experiments and marketing campaigns in different channels, such as email, social, or paid search
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience drawing insights and nuances from data
  • Experience with Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing attribution models
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (english)
  • Creativity and drive to execute
  • Tech savvy
